The details
The Payment Management System (PMS) is experiencing issues with Federal Financial Report generation, though affected recipients will not be considered noncompliant. In FY2025, NASA separated Terms and Conditions from the GCAM into a standalone document. Grant status requests must be submitted via the NASA General Information Request Form using a Grant or Purchase Requisition Number.
